A Quebec-based chain has sued La Banquise, a popular Montreal poutine restaurant, for trademark infringement over their use of the term 'BIG POUTINE'. The chain alleges that La Banquise's use of this term is confusingly similar to their own 'BIGGEST POUTINE IN THE WORLD' product.
