Child, grandfather injured after being hit by car in Montreal's east end

A child and his grandfather were seriously injured after being hit by a car in Montreal's east end. The 5-year-old boy and his 79-year-old grandfather were crossing the street when a car struck them. The child is in critical condition while the grandfather suffered multiple fractures. The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with the police investigation.
