Mélanie Charbonneau has maple syrup in her blood—her family’s been in the business for generations, and it shows. Since 2004, she’s been running this Mont-Saint-Grégoire sugar shack with a no-reservations-needed, all-you-can-eat feast that dares you to pace yourself.
