Open since 2015 with a “bring your own wine” policy, this Saint-Léonard staple pairs minimalist décor with maximalist flavour. The sushi hits all the classics but leans ambitious: think kamikaze rolls topped with tartare, foie gras seared in cassis and pear, and scallops grilled with bacon and caviar. On the grill side, the black cod is a standout, while the tartare section goes bold with ingredients like marinated pear, tempura flakes, and kimchi. Poke bowls, sashimi platters, and tempura-fried makis round out a menu that’s just as much about texture and play as it is about freshness.
