ERE Studios

Founded by Alexis Levy and Stefanie Stergiotis, ERE occupies the 13th floor of a Cité du Multimédia office building on Boulevard Robert-Bourassa, positioned between Griffintown and Old Montreal and squarely aimed at the young professional set. Ivy Studio designed the 410-square-metre space in 2025, balancing exposed concrete and metal ductwork against cream walls, butter yellow countertops, baby blue tile and velvet terracotta bleachers, the overall effect closer to a luxury retailer than a gym. Three distinct rooms each get their own atmosphere: the Ride room runs rhythm-based cycling with a colour-synced LED system; the Build room offers mat Pilates, sculpt and strength formats in infrared heat; the Align room hosts classical and sculpt reformer Pilates behind sheer curtains that filter street-level light. Blush pink lockers, blue marble changerooms and a monolithic stainless steel reception desk round out an interior that reads as a retention strategy as much as a fitness offering.
