Le Millen

Le Millen spent ten years in Ahuntsic before relocating to Rosemont in March 2026, bringing its reputation for some of the city's best BYOW dining to rue Bélanger. Chef-owner Jérémie Gélinas Roy, who has cooked at L'Épicier, L'Auberge Saint-Gabriel, and Amisfield in New Zealand, runs a French-rooted kitchen with a strong focus on fish and seafood. The format is a 5- or 8-course tasting menu ($85 or $110), with à la carte available alongside. Current menu includes a Saint-Jacques from the Îles-de-la-Madeleine with smoked potato and veal sweetbreads, skate wing with provençal octopus, and Gaspor Farm suckling pig with clams and roasted garlic jus. Co-owner Adeline Douay leads the floor.
