By day, it revives the beloved brunches of Passé Composé, offering poached eggs with foie gras, panko-crusted French toast, and masala-infused twists alongside coffee, smoothies, and gelato. By night, it transforms into a space where veal chops meet butter sauce enriched with cashew and garlic, scallops rest on velvety korma, and Quebec lamb is paired with biryani-spiced turnips. Cocktails follow suit, balancing refinement with subtle nods to Indian spice—like the French Indian Connection, featuring Amrut cognac, amaretto, and saffron oil.
