Tô Dinette Viet

Tô Dinette Viet occupies the Plaza St-Hubert address that previously housed An Choi Plaza, brought to life by operator Vien Cao (Bar Otto, Momiji, Pony BBQ) and chef and co-owner Galaxy Duong. The concept is Vietnamese street food taken seriously: a compact menu of soups, grilled dishes, sandwiches, and snacks, priced accessibly and executed with care.
The bún bò Huế, a spicy noodle soup from the imperial city of Huế, arrives in a lemongrass-and-chili broth with genuine depth. The bò né, a sizzling cast-iron plate of lemongrass-marinated beef with fried egg and baguette, is a house specialty rooted in Ho Chi Minh City breakfast culture. The bánh bao, a steamed pork belly bun, and the nước mắm chicken wings round out a menu that covers its ground without overreaching.
The room leans into the aesthetic fully: low plastic tables, hanging lanterns, colorful wall plaques, the kind of setting that makes the food taste right.
