Caf’Conc’

The Caf'Conc' is a performance venue inside the Marriott Montréal Château Champlain, revived in 2026 after closing to the public in 1991. The name comes from the European café-concert tradition, and the room was originally conceived in the spirit of the great Parisian cabarets, whose influence still shows in the Toulouse-Lautrec prints on the walls. Born in 1967 alongside the hotel itself, the space was for decades one of the city's liveliest stages, drawing major names from Quebec's entertainment world before going dark.
Programming runs across three series: the Caf'Conc' Comedy Club, co-hosted by Coco Belliveau and Rachelle Elie; the Cabaret Caf'Conc', a drag-and-variety show hosted by Baga; and Caf'Conc' Célébrités, spotlighting established Quebec artists including Martine St-Clair, Maxime Landry, and Annie Blanchard. Tapas-style bar service during shows.
