Bily Kun

Bílý Kůň (Bily Kun) has been doing its own thing on Mont-Royal since 1998, quietly outlasting trends by sticking to a formula that still works. Inspired by a namesake bar in the Czech Republic, the room leans more European tavern than cocktail lab: tiled floors, high ceilings, candlelight, and a slightly surreal lineup of taxidermy watching over the crowd. Early evenings belong to live jazz and classical sets, treated as atmosphere rather than spectacle; later, DJs take over without turning the place into a club. The menu stays focused on Czech spirits, beer, and snackable plates.
