Occupying the former Ton Quartier grocery store, it’s got a lot of warmth with a refined cream-toned decor. Owner Joseph-Tuc Minh Nguyen’s decade of hospitality experience boosts the menu brimming with specialty coffees like the rich Vietnamese egg coffee and a refreshing Saigon Fog. Chef Michael Ho's creations, from breakfast sandwiches to avocado tartines, complement the beverage selection, together inviting patrons to indulge in a vibrant atmosphere.
