The name, Novanta (Italian for ninety), comes from the address—and a not-so-serious nod to how many more years Marco jokes he’ll be working.
The menu reflects that same balance of ease and care: arancini, cannoli, Mediterranean salads, and pizzas made with whole-grain dough that rises for hours before being topped—meticulously—by hand. Everything is done with intention, from the ingredients sourced from Italy to the in-house pastries.
