Club Abierto opened its doors after two years behind the scenes, offering the same brioches and focaccias it once delivered—now filled with seasonal ingredients and served alongside house salads and filter coffee from Melk. The hours are short (weekday mornings through late afternoon), but the prep starts early, and everything is made on-site. It’s not a big room, and the mood matches: casual, steady, no pretense.
