Daddy Roll

What began as a twice-weekly brioche pop-up quickly turned into a standing line and consistent sell-outs, hence this permanent counter from Clémence Lafitte, Loïc Bensoussan, and Léa Manseur, also known for the pastry shop Maison BonBec. The classic cinnamon version sets the baseline; rotating flavours—pistachio, maple-pecan, chocolate-hazelnut—that shift with the season, but the consistent factor comes from airy dough and solid toppings and fillings. FYI there are no seats and not much lingering. It’s a pick-up address—brunch contribution, dinner-party dessert, midweek morale boost.
