DEUX

Deux has settled into Sainte-Thérèse with ease, earning its strips after weathering the pandemic and coming out on top as a local destination and hangout.
No wonder why: The room opens onto a terrasse that carries much of the rhythm in warmer months, while inside, the focus stays tight all year round on seasonal cooking built for the middle of the table and a wine list heavy with natural producers. The kitchen works in small, shifting plates—gnocchi in a rich jus, crudo brightened with citrus and herbs, the occasional heavier dish to anchor the spread—without overcomplicating things. It's casual, for sure. Behind it, a short, well-considered drinks program mixes low-intervention bottles, smaller-scale beers, and cocktails that change with what’s on hand.
