Marché Fu Tai

Marché Fu Tai is the kind of place you go in for one thing and leave with ten. The Plaza Côte-des-Neiges supermarket spans 35,000 square feet — bright, busy at most hours, and stocked with a range that reflects the neighbourhood around it: East and Southeast Asian staples alongside Latin American, Middle Eastern, and Caribbean products that are harder to find elsewhere in the city. The seafood section draws the most devoted regulars—crabs, squid, eels, snails, fresh fish at prices that hold up—and the produce moves fast enough to stay fresh. There's also a food court and hot prepared sections for anyone who came hungry.
