Montreal-based jeweller Marie-Maude Brunet approaches metal like a sculptor—carving simplicity and emotion into form. After studying glass at CEGEP and visual arts at UQAM, she turned to jewellery in 2011, completing her training at the École de joaillerie de Montréal. Two years later, she launched her own line, MARMOD8, which evolved into MARMO in 2022. Her pieces balance the architectural and the organic: silver rings textured like worn stone, delicate forms shaped by instinct and precision. Through MARMO and her shared studio-boutique Comité, co-founded with jeweller Émilie Pauzé, Brunet explores jewellery as both craft and conversation both there and at this fresh boutique.
