Marven’s is a Park Extension taverna institution open since the 1970s and now rests in the hands of a second generation of the Kostopoulos family. A mix of longtime regulars, families, and first-timers come through for all kinds of classics: grilled meats, seafood, generous platters, Greek salads, souvlaki, calamari, and loukoumades—all with sizeable portioning. The mixed grill—stacked with lamb chops, pork, chicken, and more—still anchors the menu to this day.
