Founded by the Moshonas family and still run by them today, Monas & Co. has been supplying Montreal’s kitchens since 1967. The shop sits just off Parc Avenue, in the same corridor that once anchored Mile End’s Greek business community. It was built to serve working kitchens like restaurants and bakeries, but over time, serious home cooks found their way in too. Inside, narrow aisles stacked with pots, sheet pans, glassware, knives, and equipment that ranges from everyday tools to full commercial setups.
