The name’s no gimmick—it's said to be Canada’s largest Negroni selection (unverfied, but we'll believe it!), running from textbook bitter to smoked, spiced, and syruped in ways you didn’t think the classic could bend. DJs hold court nightly, and the bartenders play with flavours the same way they play with tempo—deliberate, but never stiff.
