NINI

NINI is a hotel bar set inside Sofitel’s freshly revamped Renoir space. The room takes its cues from one of Pierre-Auguste Renoir’s favourite muses, Nini Lopez—a woman whose presence shaped more than a dozen of his paintings. The reference isn’t literal so much as atmospheric: warm light, a rose-gold bar at the centre, and a space that shifts easily from daytime calm to night.

The drinks lean French without being stiff, mixing local spirits with classic liqueurs and a few playful detours. Food comes from chef Olivier Perret’s kitchen, where the cooking stays rooted in French technique with Quebec accents. A good place for a proper drink.
