Rosie's Burgers

The arrival of the Toronto-born chain of Rosie’s Burgers in Mile End runs on a clear premise: strip things back. Founded in 2020 by brothers Daniel and Dustin Gelman, the name nods to their grandmother—less a sentimental gesture than a working principle, expressed through a straightforward hospitality. The Saint-Viateur counter follows suit.
The menu stays tight by design with smash burgers, fried chicken, fries, onion rings, milkshakes—all North American standards. The beef is pressed flat to build a proper crust, the chicken leans into a clean, audible crunch, and the sides are done right.
