VdeV

Founded by Fanny Vergnolle de Villers, VdeV began on Boulevard Saint-Laurent in 2012, before expanding to Toronto’s Ossington strip and later to Saint-Lambert. The growth mirrors the shop’s appeal: a sharp edit of vintage- and industrial-leaning décor that feels deliberate rather than trend-chasing. Shelves move easily between furniture, lighting, cushions, and kitchen pieces, with lifestyle objects—jewelry, bags, candles—slipped in without fuss. Some items lean investment-level, others are small, affordable surprises, which keeps browsing unpredictable in a good way. Constantly refreshed and locally anchored, VdeV works best as a place to wander, spot something unexpected, and let the room come together from there.
