Limousine is a polished French-forward restaurant in Saint-Lambert—and the first permanent project from chef and internet personality Laurent Dagenais. Designed by IVY Studio and run in partnership with longtime collaborators Renaud Lambert, Victor Collette, and others, the space blends luxury and nostalgia with a confident, celebratory energy. Beige leather banquettes, a dramatic lighting scheme, and a 20-seat curved bar set the scene for cocktails and conversation. In the kitchen, a seasoned crew led by Vincent Monast (ex-BarBara Vin) puts out refined plates that riff on French classics: aged Limousin beef, girella with lamb, caviar service, and bistro-style starters that split the difference between comfort and elegance. Drinks are handled by Jonathan Homier, whose signature cocktails riff on timeless formulas—champagne notes in the martini, cocoa in the negroni—without losing their edge. For Dagenais, Limousine is both a return to roots and a next chapter, bringing a much-needed sense of occasion to the South Shore.
