Founded in 2009 near Jean-Talon Market, Tah-dah! began as the personal project of artisan Sabrina “Sabe” Caron, whose early career in handmade textiles evolved into a mission to make Quebec’s creators more visible. After years designing and selling her own bags under the Barnüm label, health issues pushed her to shift focus—from crafting goods to curating them. What emerged was a shop shaped by her values of accessibility, inclusion, and craft appreciation.
Today, Tah-dah! remains a local gift store with heart, where each item is chosen for its story and the person behind it. The team emphasizes approachability, affordability, and a genuine connection to the artisans they represent.
