Brasserie du Monde

Founded in 2011 by a group of friends with a shared appetite for craft brewing, Brasseurs du Monde has grown from a tight-knit passion project into one of Montreal's more versatile brewery-restaurant destinations. Head brewer and VP of production Dominic Charbonneau, who got his start at Saint-Bock in 2006, oversees a range that spans three distinct series: Infusée (Belgian whites brewed with tea), Connaisseur (a lineup of IPAs, a Porter Anglais, and an 11.5% Imperial Stout), and Découverte, a rotating selection built for adventurous palates. The kitchen keeps pace with a menu that leans Korean-influenced comfort food, from a 12-hour smoked brisket bowl with gochujang fried rice to duck confit poutine and beer-battered fish and chips. Since 2023, the brewery operates under Groupe Grandio. The Quartier Latin location at 1567 Saint-Denis seats dine-in and handles takeout and delivery.
