Café 5-6-7 is a compact coffee bar inside Espaces des Arts, the downtown dance and performing arts centre. Named after the familiar count that cues dancers into motion, the café was created as a gathering place before and after classes, rehearsals, and performances. Alongside espresso drinks, matcha, and light bites, the coffee program features a rotating lineup of specialty roasters that changes regularly, introducing visitors to different Montreal and Canadian coffees throughout the year. While it’s geared toward the dance community that passes through the building each day, the café is open to anyone looking for a quieter stop just off Sainte-Catherine Street.
