FineFineFine Café

Melbourne's specialty coffee culture arrives in Montreal via Fine Fine Fine, a café opened on Saint-Laurent Boulevard in the Plateau by the team behind the Mile End gallery-shop of the same name. Head baristas Océane and Karolane spent two years in Australia before bringing back the coffee experience they developed there. The anchor is St. Ali, a Melbourne-based specialty roaster whose beans aren't available at any other café in Canada. Tea comes from Camellia Sinensis, sourced directly from gardens in China, Japan, India, and Taiwan, and the pastry program draws on Boulangerie Guillaume, Les Co'Pains d'abord, and ÔBreton.
The space pairs minimalist warmth with nods to skate, surf, and punk. The matcha lineup uses Yuno Matcha, available classic or in variations like the Sydney Honey (honey and cinnamon), Matcha Cloud (Earl Grey and vanilla), and Bondi Strawberry (house-made strawberry purée). The Australian biscuit Tim Tam is forthcoming. On weekends, DJ sets animate the daytime hours; evenings shift toward live performances from local and international artists, with a focus on independent and emerging music.
