Brothers Patrick and Daniel Hébert roast their own beans through Canal Café, and the espresso program shows it: flat whites, cortados, and iced lattes made with coffee ice cubes are the reliable orders. Pastries and baked goods are made in house, and the lunch menu extends to salads and sandwiches.
