Econofitness (Saint-Laurent)

A big-box gym on Côte-Vertu, one of the larger locations in the chain and open around the clock for Platinum and Extra members, with Econo and Weekend memberships running on shorter daytime hours. A renovation added a Platinum workout zone with free weights up to 100 pounds, a Smith machine and a preacher curl bench, which takes some pressure off the main floor at peak times. The recovery area covers massage chairs, hydromassage beds and tanning booths for adults, and there's a Velocycle room for indoor cycling. Parking is on site.
