Éconofitness occupies 23,500 square feet on the second floor of Place Crémazie, which makes it one of the largest gyms in the chain. It was also the first Éconofitness built with universal change rooms, meaning individual changing cabins rather than separate men's and women's sections. Platinum and Extra members get 24/7 access, along with a 5,000-square-foot training zone with six squat racks and dumbbells up to 100 pounds. The recovery area covers massage chairs, hydromassage beds, tanning booths for adults, a multisensory wellness pod and a Cryolounge+ that works heat, cold and pressure on tired muscles. There's on-site parking, the equipment count is high for the price, and memberships are sold in tiers that start at affordable levels.
