Here, the focus is on Texas-style barbecue with a Montreal twist. Think brisket smoked for 10 hours over hardwood, St. Louis-cut ribs slathered in house-made sauce, and a cheddar-laced “Aylwinator” cheeseburger kissed by the smoker.
