Find The Key

Find the Key opened in Montreal in 2014, making it one of the city's original escape room operations, and has built its reputation on immersion depth and puzzle complexity. Its Village location runs four rooms, all skewing toward darker, more intense territory than the genre average. The Unknown frames itself as a social experiment where player choices carry consequences, and carries age restrictions for content that may be scary or gore-adjacent, along with a strobe light warning. Insomnium pulls from the Stranger Things universe, placing players inside the fractured mind of a girl caught between two worlds. Cabin in the Woods sends groups into a mysterious log cabin concealing a dark secret. Haunted Pirate Ship, the largest room at three to eight players, is drawn from the real-life story of pirate La Buse and built around the exploration of an actual ship set. All rooms run 60 minutes.
