Bertha’s comes from the Montreal-based Provisions group, known for their principal spot's work as well as spots like Le Petit Italien and Bar Dominion.

Named after owner Pablo Rojas’ Peruvian grandmother, the rotisserie offers a menu inspired by traditional Peruvian cuisine, featuring charcoal-grilled chicken, yuca fries, lime, and aji verde sauce. Dishes range from a quarter thigh to a whole chicken, and include sandwiches, meal salads, soups, and bowls, all paired with Inca Cola.
