Bonjour Supermarché

Supermarché Bonjour’s been serving Concordia’s immediate orbit for over two decades, operating as both a compact grocery and a steady source of ready-to-eat food. The shelves and fridges are tightly packed with Asian produce, tofu in multiple forms, frozen dumplings, drinks, and pantry staples that cover the basics and then some.
What sets it apart is the in-house cooking. Baozi start coming out around 11 a.m., made throughout the day alongside jiaozi, scallion pancakes, and prepared dishes rooted in northern Chinese cooking—hearty, wheat-based, built for colder weather.
Students come through for something quick and filling, nearby residents for ingredients that aren’t always easy to find elsewhere. It’s a place that does volume, variety, and consistency, without overcomplicating things.
