Chow's

Chow's has been feeding the West Island since before most of its current customers were born. You’ll love the kitsch of it: fake bamboo walls, tiki-adjacent décor, the kind of vibe that feels like it exists slightly outside of time. The dining room and buffet anchor a takeout and delivery operation running seven days a week, turning out the classic Chinese-Canadian standards that generations of West Islanders grew up on. Egg rolls, chow mein, garlic spareribs, pineapple chicken. Nothing revelatory, nothing trying to be. Order the Full Course Dinner No. 4 for two and you'll have more food than you know what to do with. Doing its thing since the '80s.
