Marius et Fanny

Under the hands of chef Marc Chiecchio, Pâtisserie Marius et Fanny has built its reputation slowly, over two decades of steady output rather than reinvention. Opened in 2002, the pâtisserie works within a Provençal framework, producing cakes, tarts, viennoiseries, chocolates, and macarons that favour clarity over excess. On Plaza St-Hubert, it functions as a neighbourhood fixture as much as a destination, with customers stopping in for a single pastry as often as a full celebration cake. The product range is broad, but the approach is consistent: classic forms, controlled sweetness, and careful execution.
