Siboire (Mile End)

Siboire has been brewing out of Sherbrooke since 2007, and its Saint-Laurent Boulevard outpost, the brand's first Montreal foothold, opened in 2017 and brings that Eastern Townships expertise to the Mile End in the Plateau.
Set in a century-old building, right where the boulevard shifts from scrappy to scenic, the tap list rotates and runs the full range from low-ABV session pours to double NEIPAs and Belgian triples, all brewed back in Sherbrooke. The bistro menu keeps pace, with gravlax with hop-cured salmon, jerk chicken wings, and beef carpaccio. A sunny corner terrasse and a private room for up to 70 round out a spot that works equally well for a quick pint or a long Thursday.
