Beauties Lab

Beauties Lab grew out of makeup artist Léa Bégin’s simple idea that skincare shouldn’t feel like homework. Her studio on Laurier West brings together a small team of specialists who treat beauty less as a luxury ritual and more as a shared skill set. Clients come in with their real lives and all the weather-beaten skin, breakouts from stress, and routines that never quite stick which come with that—they leave, however, with treatments shaped around how they actually live.

The space doubles as a testing ground for ingredients and techniques, with products vetted for their performance and ethics. Facials range from practical, tune-up sessions to more technical treatments that pair devices with massage and LED therapy. Whether it’s a lesson in everyday makeup or a deeper reset for the skin, the throughline is the same: accessible guidance, careful craft, and a clear point of view on what conscious beauty can look like.
