The Bulletin: A defrosting city's sugar shack festivities and new café action [Issue #121]

That 17°C day yesterday got us thinking about this passage:

He wasn't wrong. We were fooled. Our neighbours were out cleaning their cars and blasting Ghanaian highlife, we saw people in shorts, a few restaurants put tables outside, but—and we hate to say it—we're in for a couple more cold days it seems.
