Pâtisserie Trésors Sucrés
About
Smain and his wife, both Amazigh from Algeria, run this pastry shop with the kind of precision that only comes from 45 years at the craft — skills Smain first learned from his father. The display cases are dense with handmade work: sugar-glittered cakes, nut-encrusted cookies, honey-lacquered pastries, and Algerian baklawa. Everything is made in-house, and the clientele comes back regularly, whether for an afternoon sweet or something special for a celebration. One of the more quietly essential stops on the strip.
