Mile End, Montreal
Pampa Social Club

About
Pampa Social Club posits that Mile End doesn’t need another café, but it does need a living room. This Argentine-inflected bodegón quietly landed on the neighbourhood's radar in early 2026, and it seems to understand the assignment.
By day, it pulls from a rotating cast of specialty roasters (Zaklo, Funk, Mosa, Yamabiko) and turns out empanadas and pampitas (Argentina's beloved demi-lune croissant, stuffed with ham and melting cheese) alongside sandwiches substantial enough to qualify as an event. Come evening, the wine list leans into natural and biodynamic bottles, the canned craft beers arrive cold, and the whole room shifts register comfortably.
The maximalist-adjacent décor (framed prints, warm pendant lights, honeyed hardwood) rewards hanging out, whether you're solo with a laptop or deep into a conversation that has no intention of ending anytime soon.
