KSF Montréal

KSF has been on the St. Lawrence since 1995, working the standing waves of the Lachine Rapids from a main site on boulevard LaSalle and a second base at Parc Jean-Drapeau. The activities are river surfing, whitewater kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, with SUP yoga and fitness classes for anyone who wants the flat-water version. Lessons are built around beginners and the instructors are Paddle Canada certified, with skills courses, instructor training and a summer day camp for 12 to 16 year olds also on offer. Boards and boats are available to rent, groups and corporate bookings are a large part of the business, and the company is certified by Aventure Écotourisme Québec. Water temperature, river flow and surf conditions are posted on their site before you head out.
