Les Givrés, founded by former Bilboquet artisans Alexandre Deslauriers and Martin Maheux-Picard, began in Vieux-Rosemont and expanded to locations in Villeray and Hochelaga. Each season, Les Givrés introduces flavours inspired by Quebec’s harvests—think maple in spring, strawberry-rhubarb in summer, and apple pie in fall.
