Buffet Bollywood

An all-you-can-eat Indian lunch counter open weekday middays, on the pedestrian stretch off St-Paul West, sharing an address with Héritaj and Passé Composé. The spread covers lamb, chicken, fish, paneer, vegetable dishes and rice, and it shifts depending on what the chef is cooking that week. Soups, desserts and naan baked to order come with it. No reservations, though groups of ten or more should call first. There's a terrace in warm weather.

The takeout side runs naanwiches and bowls with chicken, salmon or paneer, for eating at the Old Port or carrying back to a desk. Smoothies were developed with Passé Composé and use cardamom, dates, pistachio, mango, ginger, turmeric and beets, with optional add-in blends. Ice cream is available daily.
