Quartier des Spectacles, Montreal
Latin Groove

About
With studios in downtown Montreal and Brossard, Latin Groove has spent more than two decades building a steady pipeline of dancers—from first-timers to seasoned regulars. The programming is dense: over 90 weekly classes across more than 15 styles, including salsa, bachata, kizomba, tango, reggaeton, Zumba, and Latin fitness. Levels range from beginner to advanced, and no partner is required to start.
The downtown location draws after-work crowds, while Brossard offers easier parking and suburban access. Beyond classes, the studio produces social dance nights and seasonal parties, alongside wedding choreography, corporate workshops, and private group bookings. Footwear rules are strict—no street shoes on the floor—and scheduling runs through an online platform where students reserve in advance.
