Born out of the pandemic and a love for pinball, Arcade Mile-X is what happens when a legendary bar crew decides to build their dream workshop and ends up with a private BYOB arcade instead. Tucked inside a Mile-Ex warehouse, this retro playground was founded by Charlotte Fillmore-Handlon and Adam Kiesler of North Star Machines à Piastres, along with LANDR’s Justin Evans and inventor Charles Bombardier. The space doubles as a showroom, repair shop, and rentable party zone with 40+ arcade and pinball machines, a high-fidelity jukebox, a 1979 Chevy van, and what they call the “ultimate 20-hour pinball drive-in film.” Memberships and Thursday night drop-ins keep the place alive between parties, but the real appeal is booking the whole joint for yourself—drinks, catering, and all. It’s not nostalgia. It’s a fully operational love letter to the games that raised us, and the people we want to play them with.
