Photo of Cinéma Cineplex Odeon Quartier Latin, a Cinema in Quartier Latin

The Cineplex Odeon Quartier Latin is a cornerstone of Montreal’s moviegoing culture. Opened as the city’s first cinema megacomplex, it still manages to feel more character-driven than corporate with 17 curved-screen theatres and more than 3,000 seats for blockbuster releases, indie films, and special screenings. Beyond the screens, the venue houses Cineplex’s Quebec offices, a café, and a small entertainment zone with arcade games, billiards, and a bar.

For snacks, the offerings go beyond popcorn: think wraps, pizza, poutine, and even Starbucks. Parking is available underground, but the location right off Saint-Denis makes it easy to reach on foot or by metro.
