
Ferme Le Crépuscule

Ferme Le Crépuscule is the kind of place where the words organic and farm-to-table aren't taken lightly. Operating since 1990, this small-scale, Québec Vrai–certified organic farm raises livestock, taps maple trees, and grows produce using methods that avoid synthetic inputs, antibiotics, and growth hormones. The sugar shack reflects that same philosophy: a traditional cabane à sucre meal made entirely from certified organic ingredients, much of it produced on-site, cooked on a 19th-century wood stove, and served communally. It’s slower, more intentional, and openly educational.
