Kebec Club Privé isn’t your standard fine dining setup—it’s one long table, ten courses, and whoever else showed up that night. Since 2019, chefs Pierre-Olivier Pelletier and Cassandre Osterroth have been hosting what feels less like a dinner out and more like a spirited house party with strangers who somehow all get along. Guests start in the salon with a drink, then move into a room where the evening unfolds communally—no solo tables, no anonymous service. The couple runs the whole show, from plating to pouring, and builds the menu around Quebec’s best seasonal ingredients. That includes the wine, the bread, even the salt. The format shifts with the harvest, so no two visits are ever quite the same—but the vibe? That remains: curious, convivial, and very human. What begins as a bit of social unease usually ends in shared toasts, belly laughs, and plans to come back.
